problems installing and building Haskell Platform 2014.2

Finally found it!!!!!
It took until I tried building on a new machine and where the hptool cabal
sandbox was new, so that it pulled in a newer Shake!
The fix is here:

If you pull pre-release branch, it has it (as well as other fixes to be
able to build)

ON THE OTHER HAND.....

The new alpha 3 linux binary (here
<http://www.ozonehouse.com/mark/platform/>) build is built against a clean
Debian Wheezy (7) install. With this build going forward, I'm using a
careful, Docker based, reproducable build environment.
